The developers of Bloons TD Battles 2 have recently revealed the patch notes for the upcoming Update 1.0.6. It includes balancing changes and changes to the arena and different game modes.
Before anything else, the devs have received reports that some people are using hacks, cheats, and exploits to rack up unfair wins. These issues are a top priority and will be fixed. But for now, they warned everyone to play fair and square. Otherwise, using these unfair tactics will result in a permanent ban.
Balancing Changes
The upcoming update brings some HP improvements to the MOAB class. This will become more apparent starting round 31, and will quickly ramp up from there.
When it comes to Neutral Bloons, Zebra Bloons will be replaced with Rainbow Bloons. For those who do not know, Zebra Bloons are immune to bombs and ice. Rainbow Bloons is a class higher and will spawn two Zebra Bloons when popped. This change means that things can get pretty challenging at round 22.

- Bloontonium mines
- We are also considering restricting tiers used for lower arenas to help minimize the difference in the number of upgrades unlocked for new players vs more experienced players:
- Red and Yellow: Tier 3 or lower only
- White and Lead: Tier 4 or lower only
- Ceramic and above: No restrictions
