Three Super Mario Advance Games are going to be available to those who have a Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pack membership beginning May 25. The addition of these games along with Super Mario Advance 4: Super Mario Bros. 3 completes the Super Mario Advance series for Nintendo Switch.
Here is a quick peek at those three games:
- Super Mario Advance
- This powered-up version of Super Mario Bros 2 has the gang fling vegetables, among other things, at enemies.
- Set in the land of dreams known as Subcon, each of the characters come with their own unique abilities to help them in the adventure, including:
- Luigi jumps the highest.
- Peach can hover over obstacles.
- Toad can grab items faster than anyone.
- Mario is an all-rounder who's great in any situation.
- The game also features added surprises for players to discover and challenges to take on, including one for Yoshi.
- Super Mario World: Super Mario Advance 2
- Bowser has taken over Dinosaur Island and it's now all up to Mario and Luigi to stop him, but they won't be alone since Yoshi is here to help.
- Each level, secret, and Power Up from the Super NES Super Mario World is here as well as additional features and surprises.
- The game also includes the choice to play the whole adventure as Luigi with his Super Mario Advance abilities.
- Yoshi's Island: Super Mario Advance 3
- The game features colorful worlds, giant bosses, secrets, and of course, enemies.
- This version of the Super NES classic is responsible for introducing Baby Mario.
- Players join a flock of multicolored Yoshi and save the infant Mario brothers from the hands of the villainous Magikoopa Kamek in this vibrant and egg-tossing adventure.
With a Nintendo Switch Online membership, players get to enjoy online play, make use of the Save Data Cloud, and access to a large selection of compatible games and a growing library of classic NES, Super NES and Game Boy games.
The Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pack membership plan has the same benefits with Nintendo Switch Online membership but adds access to a library of classic Nintendo 64, SEGA Genesis and Game Boy Advance games with online play. A paid membership to this plan also gives access to Animal Crossing: New Horizons - Happy Home Paradise, Mario Kart 8 Deluxe – Booster Course Pass and Splatoon 2: Octo Expansion DLC for free.
