The massive Update 2.2.0 for Total War: Warhammer III implements plenty of balancing changes. This patch is now available for download on Steam.
Orion, the Wood Elves’ Legendary Lord in Warhammer III, has been improved. According to developer Creative Assembly, Orion is now rewarded handsomely for fighting multiple factions at once, allowing him to have a more expansionist playstyle, thanks to his increased mobility, among other things.
For instance, he now gains a 50% increase in movement range while in Worldroots Stance. Furthermore, Orion’s army has an 8% reduced upkeep for each active war, in addition to a 4% reduced upkeep for all other armies.
The company also made some changes to Orion’s Wild Hunt, making it trigger more frequently, though with a shorter duration. As a result, its cooldown and duration are reduced to 10 and 5, respectively. And oh, Orion gets a 50% battle movement speed boost during Wild Hunt as well.
