It’s Xur day, Destiny fans!
This week, Xur can be found standing in The Reef.
We’re headed into another big weekend for the gaming community, thanks to today’s debut of Pokémon Sun and Moon, yesterday’s Planet Coaster launch and the Steep beta that’s open for the next three days. But if all that wasn’t enough to get you hyped for the weekend, everyone’s favorite Agent of the Nine has returned to the Destiny servers with a new set of consumables, exotic equipment and weapon ornaments for the community. As always, Xur’s goods can be purchased by any Destiny: Rise Of Iron player with a few extra Strange Coins or Motes of Light. The only question is whether or not the Agent of the Nine’s latest selection will be enough to convince fans to put down their Poké balls long enough to pay Xur a visit. Assuming they even remember to check his line-up in the first place. (Side note: Be a good friend and remind your fellow Guardians to pay Xur a visit this weekend.)
Last weekend, Xur offered a combination of hope and disappointment to players who paid him a visit. A number of Destiny fans were thrilled to see Fr0st-EE5 among the rest of the Agent of the Nine’s wares. But there was much less enthusiasm for Twilight Garrison or the Apotheosis Veil; two items we’ve seen Xur selling numerous times over the last two years. The traveling item vendor also carried an updated Monte Carlo, along with a pair of new ornaments, but it wasn’t exactly one of those trips that gets the whole Destiny community buzzing. We can only hope this weekend’s lineup will inspire a bit more confidence in Xur’s weekly trips to friendly space.
Here’s everything Xur is selling the Destiny community Nov. 18 - 20:

As always, Xur has plenty of other goodies for Destiny players to spend their Strange Coins, too. In addition to the exotic wares, the Agent of the Nine is also selling a handful of other curios, including Three of Coins stacks. And Destiny players will also find the usual legendary Sparrows upgrades, with green and blue contrails available this week, along with Motes of Light, Heavy Ammo Synthesis and Glass Needles.
Xur is also selling weapon ornaments this weekend. Players have two options:
- Shock Hazard - Changes the appearance of Zhalo Supercell
- Born In Fire - Changes the appearance of The Young Wolf's Howl
Each is available for 25 Silver Dust. If you're not sure how to acquire the newest currency in Destiny, we'd suggest taking a few minutes to check out our guide.
