WWE 2K17's roster is slowly getting announced, with several Superstars revealed Tuesday, according to IGN. More wrestlers will be getting announced for this year's WWE game in the coming weeks.
Roster
The new wrestlers announced today are as follows:
- Aiden English
- Simon Gotch
- Booker T
- Brian Pillman
- Jimmy Uso
- Jey Uso
- Nikki Bella
- Brie Bella
- Chris Jericho
- Diego
- Fernando
- Erick Rowan
- Heath Slater
- Jim Niedhart
- Konnor
- Viktor
- Larry Zybszko
- R-Truth
We also know from the painting made at this year's E3 that John Cena, Sasha Banks and Ultimate Warrior will be included in the roster as well. You can add Brock Lesnar and Goldberg to the list as well, as they have both been used frequently in advertising campaigns.
As for the DLC roster, we know the wrestlers that will be included in the NXT Superstars DLC pack. This DLC will include Shinsuke Nakamura, Nia Jax and Apollo Crews.
Perhaps the most interesting thing to note here is that who we now know as Primo and Epico in The Shining Stars will be billed as Fernando and Diego, the Los Matadores. The repackaged tag team must have made their change too recently for the developers to go back and update the game.
So what do you think? Are you excited for any of these inclusions for WWE 2K17? Who do you hope gets announced next week? Let us know your thoughts in the comments section below.
