If you're excited about Xenoblade Chronicles 3, you'll be happy to learn that it's going to continue some of the fan-favorite features of the franchise. By that, we mean this upcoming action role-playing game will show some skin. Not just skin but actually "deep cleavage" and "partially exposed breasts."
If you don't believe us, you can head over to the official rating summary of the ESRB. The game has been rated "T for Teen due to its language, mild blood, suggestive themes, and violence.
Like the previous games in the series, this one offers a large open world for players to explore. However, this time parties can have as many as seven members. Party members can also gain the ability to change their character class, which means they can access different abilities. There are also certain conditions where specific pairs of party members can use the new interlink system to combine and form an Ouroboros.
That said, players are expected to take quests and go into melee battles versus enemies. According to the ESRB, combat in the game is highlighted by impact sounds, explosions, and cries of pain. It seems that there are even cutscenes that show further examples of violence, such as:
- Characters impaled by a sword
- A character shooting herself off-screen
- A man stabbing himself off-screen.
There are also scenes that, obviously, show blood. Examples are droplets falling from a wounded character and drips of blood on a character's face. For language, expect to see words like “sh*t,” “ar*ehole,” and “b*tch” in the dialogue.
There’s no question that this should be a bit of good news to fans though it won’t be that much of a surprise for them. There was a debate on Reddit whether XC3 was going to have as much fan service as XC2. The thread was pretty much divided though some said they really didn’t care.
What about you? Do you think the game should have fan service?
