Most details about American Horror Story Season 6 remain in the dark, even after the season’s logo was revealed Tuesday. However, the show is gearing up to have quite an impressive cast. So far, there are several actors confirmed for AHS Season 6, most of whom claim they don’t know anything about the theme, or even their roles in the season. But reports indicate the show is already being filmed , so they may just be playing coy. Here’s a rundown of what we know about the Season 6 cast so far.

American Horror Story Season 6 Confirmed Actors

Cheyenne Jackson

Cheyenne Jackson recently confirmed to Entertainment Weekly he will have a role in the coming season. Currently, nothing is known about his character. Jackson starred in AHS Season 5 as fashion designer Will Drake.

Lady Gaga

Lady Gaga has been confirmed for American Horror Story Season 6 since early March. The actress told Z100's Elvis Duran she could not promise how or when she will feature in Season 6. Recent reports have reiterated Lady Gaga’s commitment to the show; however, no new details have surfaced about her involvement. Actor Leslie Jordan also recently told the Washington Blade he should be filming with Lady Gaga for Season 6 starting July 7, so hopefully more details will soon be revealed. Angela Bassett

Angela Bassett has also been confirmed for American Horror Story Season 6 since early March. The actress told Entertainment Weekly she thinks her character may be an alcoholic. Executive Producer Ryan Murphy told E! News he accidentally revealed to Bassett some details about her role, but the actress has not revealed any other details about the character. Bassett has been apart of the AHS cast since Season 3.

Denis O’Hare

Denis O’Hare has been confirmed for American Horror Story Season 6 since April. The actor has not shared any details about his role, but told Australian Network News writers has been considering a particular theme but changed their minds. O’Hare has been apart of every season except for Season 2.

Evan Peters

Evan Peters has also been confirmed for American Horror Story Season 6 since April. There has been considerable buzz around the actor and the coming AHS season. First, fans speculated that his new, rather intense beard may have to do with his AHS role. (Peters shared the new look on social media .) However, this was never confirmed. The actor also told People in June that filming for Season 6 would begin June 6. This also has not been confirmed. Finally, fans recently began speculating the theme for Season 6 might be Apocalypse . However, it is possible some confused Peters’ role on American Horror Story with his role in X-Men: Apocalypse . Peters has starred in every season of American Horror Story.

Leslie Jordan

Leslie Jordan recently confirmed to the Washington Blade that he will be a part of American Horror Story Season 6. He only revealed his character may have dealings with Lady Gaga’s character. Jordan starred in AHS Season 3 as Quentin Fleming.

Matt Bomer

Matt Bomer recently confirmed to Movie News Guide he has an “important” role in American Horror Story Season 6, but did not give any other details. Bomer starred in AHS Seasons 4 and 5.
