League of Legends players love Ultra Rapid Fire, a game mode where the rules and seriousness of the game get thrown out the window in favor of insanity. LoL players also love ARAM, one of League’s first extra game modes which gave players a random champion and one lane to blow each other up on. Now, Riot has decided to smush the two game modes together and give us ARURF.

ARURF was spotted by reddit user Artem1918 on the League of Legends Rotating Game mode hub. It says that the mode will be available to play September 23 through 26, the weekend after One For All. We don’t know the exact rules of this new game mode, but it’s most likely just going to be a game of URF on Summoner’s Rift with Champions assigned randomly. That means no more URF games with as many OP champions that can fit in one roster. Not seeing Katarina and Fiddlesticks in every match is going to make the game way more fun.

There will most likely be rerolls in ARURF, though it’s impossible to know if they are going to be from the same pool as ARAM rerolls. Every champion is at least a little fun in URF, even Galio, but players get salty when they don’t get a champion they want. Reddit user SexCravingMemeWhore (great name btw) can see exactly what ARURF lobby chat is going to look like.

Are you excited for ARURF or will it not live up to the hype? Tell us in the comments!
