A new seasonal event is now underway in the mining sandbox game Core Keeper. Patch 0.3.6 also brings balancing improvements, quality-of-life changes, and bug fixes. Read further to learn more.
New Seasonal Event
The developers invite you to the Great Egg Hunt. This seasonal event has already started and is available until April 19.
So, what are the mechanics of the event? You must look for four different Easter eggs scattered in the world. While there are no specific coordinates, developers revealed some pieces of information that can help you in your search. Apparently, the eggs can be found in these areas:
- Dirt Biome
- Clay Caves
- Forgotten Ruins
- Azeos’ Wilderness
You must comb the sites to find the eggs. Once you’ve acquired enough Easter eggs, you can combine them to craft a mysterious Golden Egg.
The Golden Egg is a unique collectible item that you can use as a decorative piece. However, there’s more to this item than meets the eye, and that’s for you to find out!
Even though the Easter eggs will be removed from Core Keeper after the event period, the Golden Egg is yours permanently, that is if you were able to craft one.
