Valve, developer of Counter-Strike: Global Offensive, dropped a major operation update. This new operation is called Broken Fang. The new update introduces new game modes, such as Broken Fang Premier and Retakes.
Retake involves three Terrorists defending a planted bomb against four Counter-Terrorists. It is a fast-paced game mode available to all players during Operation Broken Fang. The update also brings seven new maps made by the community. One of these is Ancient, a fresh competitive map for this season.
Operation Broken Fang introduces 17 different community-designed weapon finishes. The Broken Weapon Fang case also includes a rare set of gloves as a special item. Like every other season, new stickers are available and useful for taunting opponents.
Some general bugs with Cache are resolved by the update. The patch removed excessive details, smoothened visuals, and improved visual clarity. The update added minor tweaks, optimizations for site A and Mid, and extra visual finishes as well.
