The Legends are on a quest to protect history in Season 2 and the Justice Society of America will be there to help. Dr. Mid-Nite, Obsidian, and Stargirl are now confirmed as JSA members alongside Hourman, Commander Steel, and hopefully Jay Garrick’s Flash. However, their presence will attract the attention of 4 familiar Arrow and Flash villains. The Arrowverse is reinventing the Legion of Doom and the team includes Captain Cold, Damien Darhk, Malcolm Merlyn, and Matt Letscher’s version of Reverse Flash.
"We call it the Legion of Doom," Executive Producer Marc Guggenheim said during the Legends of Tomorrow panel at San Diego Comic-Con.
Vixen (an older version of the Vixen we met on Arrow) will also hop on Rip Hunter’s waverider for Legends Season 2, and Jonathon Schaech will return as Jonah Hex in episode 6. The Legends Comic Con panel also revealed Stephen Amell will make an appearance in the Legends of Tomorrow Season premiere not as Green Arrow, but Mayor Oliver Queen.
The Legends of Tomorrow Season 2 trailer shows White Canary seeking revenge on Damien Darhk for killing her sister, Black Canary. “I’ve been waiting a long time for this...to kill you,” Sara says.
