In Diablo 4, all classes are unique, but the Necromancer is the only one with the power over the undead, letting you summon march with a skeleton army. The Golem, the Necromancer's ultimate servant, can be summoned using the novel "Book of the Dead" technique. However, summoning a golem is actually a little trickier than you think because it functions differently from other talents.
When you initially become a Necromancer, you'll gain an additional ability on your bar that allows you to call multiple skeletons to assist you in battle. You can modify these creatures via the Book of the Dead menu. In the menu, you'll see that you can summon a golem to fight alongside you, although there are limitations.
First, you'll need to level up your Necromancer to level 25, then and only then, you can unlock the golem. When you reach level 25, you'll receive a small quest called "Call of the Underworld." Complete this quest and viola, you'll gain access to the golem summon in your Book of the Dead.
Now, that you have unlocked the golem summon, you must assign it. To do that, go to your talent tree and click the "skill assignment" button. The Necromancer's special summoning talents are located at the bottom of your list of unlocked skills.
The huge guy will appear next to your character as soon as you add the golem ability to your bar. Keep in mind that the golem will die if the ability is later removed from the bar.
Diablo 4 is a massive game that can easily become a time sink. You can at least make exploration easier by getting a mount. Visit our previous guide if you don't know how to do that. We have another guide in handy that should help you defeat the Wandering Death World Boss.
