Gamescom 2022 may have come to an end, but that doesn’t mean it is going to be a dry season till TGA 2022. For the next few weeks, you will get a lot of gaming-related news. Several different publishers that didn’t participate at Gamescom are having their events. The events will reveal new games, give updates on already released games, and confirm or debunk some leaks and rumors.
Here are all the shows that we are looking forward to.
Special Episode of Night City Wire
CD Projekt has remained silent for a while now. The Polish publisher aims to change that with its recent event. A new episode of Night City Wire will go live today at 11 a.m. EST. The show will reveal the future of Cyberpunk 2077 and give us an in-depth look at Cyberpunk Edgerunners. You can check out our previous article for more information.
Disney and Marvel Games Showcase
Disney is holding its showcase in a couple of days. The event will go live on September 9 at 4 p.m. EST and feature updates on many games, including LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga, Disney Dreamlight Valley, and Marvel’s Midnight Suns. We will also get a sneak peek at the upcoming Marvel ensemble by Skydance New Media. Expect some new reveals and announcements as well.
I can’t believe I am saying it, but Ubisoft Forward is the event I am most looking forward to. The event will be streamed worldwide on September 10 at 3 p.m. EST. The show will give updates on Mario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope and Skull and Bones.
We will also get a proper look at Assassin’s Creed Mirage, an upcoming AC game returning to its roots. Ubisoft is also developing a remake of the first Splinter Cell game. I hope we get some information about that as well.
