CD Projekt Red has been out of the news for quite a while now. Thankfully, that’s going to change tomorrow. The Polish developer is hosting a new episode of Night City Wire. The upcoming event will be streamed tomorrow at 11 a.m. EST.

The official Twitter account revealed what we can expect from the stream. The new episode will be focused heavily on Cyberpunk: Edgerunners - an upcoming anime show based on the Cyberpunk universe. The show will launch on September 13 on Netflix and feature an original story.
You still might want to check out the stream even if you don’t care about the show because the tweet also mentioned the future of Cyberpunk 2077. The developer will reveal new things you can expect from the upcoming update.

We don’t know if the previously announced expansion pack will be mentioned; I am expecting a small trailer instead of in-depth gameplay footage. The devs might want to reveal the gameplay at The Game Awards 2022.
CD Projekt Past Troubles
There’s no denying that CD Projekt has had a rough time since the release of Cyberpunk. The game developer was hit by several lawsuits because of the disastrous launch of its highly anticipated game.
Cyberpunk 2077 suffered from bugs, issues, and crashes that made the game unplayable. The game was eventually smoothed out via several patches and updates. However, many players still felt disappointed.
Disappointment Regarding Cyberpunk 2077
Players had high expectations from Cyberpunk 2077, and the hype wasn’t without its reason. CD Projekt’s previous game, The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, took the gaming industry by storm and is considered one of the best games ever made. Many expected the developer to repeat its success, but that wasn’t the case.
We will love to see what the future holds for Cyberpunk 2077. Will the new update or upcoming expansion bring a new wave of disappointment? Or will it restore faith in the game? I guess time will tell. Meanwhile, we look forward to tomorrow’s Night City Wire episode.
