We saw Lyanna Stark in Game of Thrones Season 6 flashbacks, but Season 7 may be all about Rhaegar Targaryen.
The latest rumor comes from an Instagram post shared by a singer, Devin Oliver, from the electronicore band I See Stars. Oliver shared an image of himself holding a bow and arrow with the caption, “I may or may not have made an appearance in Game of Thrones season 7.”
Oliver’s pale skin and light blonde locks resemble the character description of Rhaeger Targaryen from George R.R. Martin’s A Song of Ice And Fire . Give him some purple contacts and you could call Oliver the true “last dragon.”
Of course, HBO hasn’t confirmed Oliver’s casting news. He could play a minor role like musicians from Coldplay and Sigur Rós. However, there were reports earlier in September claiming the production was preparing to shoot a godswood scene in Northern Ireland .
If the godswood scene rumor is true , it would likely mean another vision scene for Bran. The new Three-Eyed Raven could show Jon Snow visions of his parents to reveal his true paternity. The North would definitely rally with Jon if they knew he was true Stark.
