GTA Online may be getting more apartment customization according to users of gtaforums.com. According to user WildBrick142, a new website can be found in both GTA Online and GTA V referencing a high-end furniture store. The website cannot be used in any way, though.
As seen in the photo above, the website "www.larssandelbo.com" has been entered into the in-game browser. This takes the user to a mostly blank page, with the text for the Southern San Andreas Super Autos website on it. There's nothing to buy, so there's nothing to do on this website other than look at it.
Thanks to the GTA Wiki, we know that Lârss & Elbö is most likely a furniture store. This is due to the many billboards comparing the company to KRAPEA, a pretty blatant IKEA parody. One of the Lârss & Elbö stores also has a window display featuring furniture.
All signs here point to the fact that developer Rockstar was going to implement a way for players to customize the furniture and look of their apartment. Because the code can still be found in-game, and the website still exists in its bare-bones state, there's hope that Rockstar will finish up the idea and roll it out in a future update.
As for what's next with GTA Online, there hasn't been many leaks or other information dumps. We can probably still expect something regarding a Lowriders Part 2 update, based on all the previous leaks. The only thing we know for certain is that we'll all have to wait on Rockstar to know for sure what the next update will bring.
