Developer Duoyi Interactive Entertainment Limited recently released a new update for Gunfire Reborn which implements fixes for numerous bugs and optimizes the UI, making a lot of changes. Along with the latest update, the developers have fixed many sound issues that have annoyed players.
Some of the biggest new additions in the update are Dual-wield Fire Mode and an option to switch back to the last weapon that was used. Those settings can be adjusted in the Mouse/Keyboard section of the settings menu. Duoyi Interactive also made some changes to how it teaches players to pick up weapons in the tutorial and changed some aspects of the UI. In addition, an issue with the special effects from teammate’s weapon charges which wouldn’t disappear was fixed in the latest update.

Interface UI
- Add “Last Weapon Used” setting
- You can go to setting and set your hotkey for this under Mouse/Keyboard. Switch to most recently used weapon
- Add “Dual-wield Fire Mode” setting
- You can go to setting and under Mouse/Keyboard, choose default fire mode or inverted fire mode
- Add the function that players can jump to ESC panel when watching their teammates
- Optimize the interaction of controller
- Optimize the display of ping at preparation
- Add the notice when players change the hotkey, some operations miss a hotkey
- Optimize UI interface
- Optimize the loading picture when players enter Dinghai Bay
- Optimize the instruction to pick up the weapon in tutorial
- Optimize 3D text notice of current stage in English version (Fix the issue that notice may be blocked by the wall)

- Add the change of icon when Yoruhime-Maru is in different phases
Special Effects
- Optimize the model of Crown Prince
- Optimize the special effect when Nihilation Monk/Elite Monk steals your HP
- Optimize the special effect of revival
- Optimize the special effect when bullets of Scalpel hit the target
- Add the special effect of disappearance of Golden Bow’s arrows
Sound Effects
- Fix the issue that Golden Bow’s sound doesn’t end normally
- Fix the issue that when playing in team, players can hear teammate picking up weapons
- Fix the issue that there is loss of sound when Desert Worm attacks
- Fix the issue that there is inconsistency between graph and sound when players fire Illusion
- Fix the issue that there is loss of sound when Nihilation Monk summons
- Fix the incorrect sound effect of Catfish Warrior
- Fix the issue that there is current noise when players fire Lightning Blast

- Fix the issue that there is abnormal shadow of arm in first person view
