The Iron Fist Netflix series is still a long ways from streaming on our devices, but the rumors and speculation continue as Marvel and Netflix fill out the cast of the next Marvel television series.
That Hashtag Show -- via Screenrant -- has a new report regarding the cast of the upcoming Iron Fist series. According to their sources, there are four characters that are ready to be cast and the character breakdowns were given to THS.
In conjunction with the Marvel Exchange, the two figured out who the four characters (code named Devon, Christine, Jody, and Walter) in Iron Fist will be and revealed it in the video below.
The Hashtag Show’s source on the Iron Fist series has been right before. THS broke the casting of Finn Jones as Danny Rand/Iron Fist and recently reported that Shang-Chi will be joining the Iron Fist series as well.
The biggest name among the four new character breakdowns is Colleen Wing, a katana-wielding private investigator who is a close friend of Misty Knight. If you recall, Knight is expected to appear in the upcoming Luke Cage Netflix series later this year and she has had a relationship with Iron Fist in the comics.

One of the breakdowns also reveals the probable villain of the Iron Fist series. Davos or the Steel Serpent is likely one of the four rumored new characters in Iron Fist and, like our main protagonist, was taught the ways of K’un-L’un but was exiled for basically being evil.
The other two characters are likely Joy and Ward Meachum, family friends of Rand who will likely play a large part in Danny’s civilian life before and after he becomes Iron Fist.
For now, this is all speculation, but Marvel could confirm the roles soon so be sure to check back for updates.
