I’ve been on vacation for a week, but that doesn't mean Riot stopped making League of Legends skins. In the next patch, we are getting the newest Championship skin and four new cooking inspired skins. Riot wants the best content playable before the World Championship, so everyone spends all their money on RP. These skins will definitely empty out your wallet.
Alongside the news that players can finally purchase the rarest Championship skin in the game, Championship Riven , we also got our first look at Championship Zed. Alongside Shyvana, Thresh and Kalista, Zed comes with a bunch of brand-new VFX and cool champion abilities. Like the rest of the Championship skins, Zed’s back puts him on the pedestal so that you can BM spectacularly after killing an enemy with style. This skin will cost 975 RP and will be available for a limited time.
Pantheon’s joke has him saying, “My profession… now that I think about it, I’ve always wanted to be a baker.” This joke has always been a huge meme in the League community, with players practically begging for a Baker Pantheon skin. Riot has finally decided to listen and have blessed us with a collection of food-related skins. We get, Sashimi Akali, Butcher Olaf, Barbeque Leona and of course Baker Pantheon. Each skin has brand-new VFX and a ton of food puns. Baker Pantheon gets a new recall animation I have to call “toasty.”
Baker Pantheon will cost 975 RP while the other three will cost 750 RP. All of these skins will be available next patch alongside new upgradable World Championship icons that will allow you to spam your favorite team above your head, in game.
