Just a few days after officially revealing new gameplay footage for Marvel Ultimate Alliance 3: The Black Order, Game Informer is back with the first ever gameplay footage showing off the latest Spider-Man, Miles Morales.
You can check out the video of Miles Morales in action below, which showcases his powers and how he interacts with various teammates.
The new gameplay video shows off Miles fighting on a rooftop against A.I.M. operatives, with Reavers thrown into the mix. He has four basic attacks: web shooter, surprise strike, venom strike and high-voltage lines. It seems that a lot of care went into his design to actually distinguish him from the other Spider-heroes, Peter Parker and Spider-Gwen. In that regard, many of his attacks deal with electricity. In addition, one of his attacks turns him invisible, allowing him to cross the battlefield with ease and attack unsuspecting enemies. It’s also noted that for all the Spider-characters in Marvel Ultimate Alliance 3: The Black Order, you can hold down the B button and web-swing indefinitely without any penalties to your mana, compared to heroes with flight abilities who need it.
While Nintendo and Team Ninja haven’t yet specified who the voice actor is for Miles Morales, his voice sounds very familiar with the one on the animated Spider-Man series, Nadji Jeter. This is still unconfirmed though.
Throughout the footage we see Miles team up with familiar faces: Captain America, Daredevil, Captain Marvel, Ms. Marvel (Kamala Khan), and of course, Spider-Gwen.
Nintendo has confirmed the characters who will be playable in Marvel Ultimate Alliance 3: The Black Order. The roster for the new Marvel game is as follows:

It’s worth noting that we may see new characters added, maybe in the form of free updates or DLCs. If you don’t see your favorite Marvel character there right now, don’t give up just yet.
Marvel Ultimate Alliance 3: The Black Order is set to be released exclusively on the Nintendo Switch this July 19, 2019.
