If you’ve been hearing a lot of good things about Naraka: Bladepoint, then now’s your time to experience it yourself. There’s a free weekend starting December 17 at 11:00 a.m. EST until December 21 at 11:00 a.m. EST.
As a quick background, Naraka: Bladepoint is a battle royale game where as many as 60 players fight to be the last one standing. That’s usually intimidating for new players. Not to worry since matchmaking is divided between players who already have the game and those who are trying it out for the first time.
New Collab
Even before the free weekend starts, players can enjoy the new Bruce Lee/Naraka Crossover event. This one has players wear the official Bruce Lee apparel, particularly through a new outfit for Tianhai. There are also outfits inspired by Bruce Lee for these characters:
- Tarka Ji
- Temulch
- Yueshan
- Viper Ning
- Matari
- Kurumi
- Valda
These “Dragon Will” and “Dragon Shadow” outfits for Tianhai, Yueshan, Kurumi, and Valda will be available starting December 14 at 10:00 p.m. EST. Other outfits will be introduced in the coming weeks.
It goes without saying that the outfit won’t be complete with the Nunchucks. Well, this new melee weapon arrives in the game on December 14 as well. The Nunchucks “Jingwu” with Bruce Lee's signature is available to all players.
Limited-Time Events
These are three limited-time events:
- Limited Time Daily Check Event
- December 14 to December 22
- Players who sign in a total of 5 days or more while the event is running get:
- 1st Daily Check: Limited-Time Hairstyle Giftbox
- 2nd Daily Check: 800 Tae
- 3rd Daily Check: Bruce Lee crossover legendary Nunchucks skin [Chin Woo]
- 4th Daily Check: 800 Spectral Silk
- 5th Daily Check: 15 Martial Tokens
- Limited-Time Score Bonus Event
- December 17 to December 21
- During the event, players receive a bonus Score from completing The Herald's Trial matches.
- Details of this Score bonus are:
- For players who gain a positive amount of Score from a match, it's boosted by 25%.
- If the amount is negative, players don’t lose any Score.
- Players can enjoy this Score bonus for three matches per day while the event is still running.
- Limited-Time Battle Rewards Event
- December 14 to December 22
- Players can open Troves and destroy breakables around them in The Herald's Trial and Quick Matches to gain Martial Tokens.
- Collect as many as 20 per match and 50 per day this way.
- Players can also gain rare Martial Treasure rewards from gold Troves (1 per match and up to 3 per day).
- Whenever a player's knocked airborne, downed, or defeated, there's a chance they'll drop one of their Martial Tokens or Martial Treasures.
- Martial Tokens can be redeemed for limited-edition event rewards.
