With Stars Wars Jedi: Fallen Order launching on November 15, players subscribed to EA Access and Origins Access might be wondering if they will get to play the game earlier than others. Surprisingly, the answer to that question is an official 'no' from EA. Everybody, which now includes Steam players, get to play the game at the same time.
It was officially confirmed that the decision to restrict EA Access and Origin Access was to avoid story spoilers. This makes sense because Stars Wars Jedi: Fallen Order leans largely on its story.
Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order will be available on PC via Origin, Xbox One and PS4 for US customers on November 15. However, if you are in the UK, the game will be available to you on November 14, so you’ll be able to play a few good hours of the game before the players in the US.
Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order is a single-player-focused action game that is centered around a gripping plot, excellent combat mechanics and the ability to customize your lightsaber. Numerous reviewers are claiming that the game is a mix of different genres, but it’s only a partial reality. Of course, there isn’t a reinvention of the single-player genre, but Respawn went a long way to improve the game experience.
While Fallen Order might have taken inspiration from different game genres, it does not copy any of their game mechanics. The game is crafted so well that it feels balanced and does not sway away from offering the Star Wars experience.
