Overwatch just received two small patches. The first one is for the main build of the game and it solely focuses on bug fixes, while the second one is for the Experimental Mode. The latter patch pays more attention to the characters and weapons, and tweaks several Heroes in the hopes it will make them more balanced.

The main build patch improved stability for Nvidia SLI and AMD Crossfire users. Loading bugs that happened when you played the custom Mei’s Snowball Offensive game mode have been fixed. The camera bug in the Anniversary loot box screen has also been resolved.

The Experimental Mode patch tweaked Echo, Genji, and many more. The range of Echo’s focusing beam is reduced by four meters. Genji’s shuriken base damage was increased by two and the spread rate reduced by three. Hanzo's Storm Arrow also saw a buff of 10 damage points.

You can read the patch notes of both the updates below and on the official site.
