We’re very close to the June 2 Pokémon Sun and Moon announcement and while trainers around the world wait for whatever new information is given about the Gen 7 games, we do know when and where you can expect the announcement to appear.
UPDATE: Here's the latest trailer for Sun and Moon.
According to the official Pokémon Company Twitter page, the June 2 Sun and Moon announcement will appear at around 9 a.m. EST.
UPDATE: It seems the offiical Pokemon homepage will have the information.
Unlike the May 10 announcement that revealed the starters for the Alola region, The Pokémon Company hasn’t said where or how the announcement will be presented. Will it be a video like the May 10 trailer? Or will it just be an info dump on Twitter?
Well, luckily there are plenty of options for trainers to look at as they wait for the information to release.
You can keep an eye on The Pokémon Company Twitter account or the official YouTube page.
The May 10 reveal was made on YouTube and even the Japanese Pokémon YouTube channel had a different Sun and Moon trailer, so you may want to check on that as well.
GameFreak’s Junichi Masuda is constantly updating how long trainers have to wait for the June 2 announcement on his blog and his personal Twitter account. Be sure to keep an eye on his updates as he may very well sharewhere we can find the announcement.
We will update as soon as we learn more.
In the meantime, let us know what you expect to see from the June 2 Sun and Moon announcement in the comments section.
