Postal 4: No Regerts is coming out of Early Access and officially launching on April 20. The game will be available on PC via Steam, GOG, Green Man Gaming, priced at $39.99.
The full version offers a lot of new content, features, and improvements compared to the Early Access version. These include a Pick-Yer-Dude voice option with the return of Rick Hunter and Corey Cruise. There is also Jon St. John (of Duke Nukem fame) as the default voice of the Postal Dude.
In a statement, Running With Scissors founder Vince Desi revealed that the game offers a unique experience that hasn’t been seen anywhere else, especially in gaming. He added that players should be ready to enjoy the sights and smells.
In Postal 4: No Regerts, it has been several years since the events that devastated the once proud town remembered as Paradise. The only two beings to have walked away unscathed are the Postal Dude and his loyal companion Champ. The duo drives aimlessly across the deserts of Arizona in hopes of finding a new place they could call home. However, a gas station rest stop has resulted in the Dude’s possessions being stolen. All that’s left is his companion and bathrobe. On the horizon, the two see an unfamiliar town that seems to beckon them.
