UPDATE 2: Reports have started to come in that service is slowly getting restored to the PlayStation Network. Users may still experience issues, but it seems most people are logging back in without issue. Let us know if you are still having problems in the comments section below.
UPDATE: Sony has finally commented on the issue. The @AskPlayStation Twitter account has tweeted that Sony is aware of the connectivity issues. Sony asks for patience from gamers while they investigate the issue.

Reports are coming in that users all over the world are experiencing issues right now with PlayStation Network. The PlayStation Network Service Status website says "All services are up and running," but that clearly is not the case.
Users of video game forum NeoGAF have all chimed in saying if their PlayStation Network access is still available or not. Reports from Germany, Los Angeles, France and more are all announcing the service is down for them. Users are reporting issues on PS4, PS3 and PS Vita.
Sony has made no announcements regarding scheduled maintenance. We will update the story when more information is known.
