In the last week, new leaks of the Samsung Galaxy S7 have surfaced almost daily. The most recent leaks show the still unreleased smartphone in gold and silver color options.
Tech informant Evan Blass shared the image of the silver Galaxy S7 on Tuesday evening,, which appears to be a press render of the device. It displays the date Feb. 21 on its screen, which is the date Samsung will host the Unpacked event where the Galaxy S7 is expected to be unveiled. The device also appears to feature one of the recently leaked Galaxy S7 wallpapers .
Chilean tech blog Pisapapeles shared the image of the gold Galaxy S7, which appears to be a live image, and the most direct shot we’ve seen of the Galaxy S7 so far. Other live leaks have shown the device at an angle, but this leak shows a front shot of the device, also sporting a Feb. 21 date and rumored Galaxy S7 wallpaper. The back also shows telltale signs of the handset being the Galaxy S7, including the curved back panel and the flat camera module.
Rumors have indicated the Samsung Galaxy S7 might sell in black, white, gold, silver and rose gold color options . So far there have been leaks of the black, silver and gold models. Though we have not seen any shots of a white handset, it is usually a color option for Samsung. There is no real evidence of a rose gold Galaxy S7; however, rumors have likely circulated because of Apple’s rose gold iPhone 6s, which launched in September 2015.
Samsung released a “pink gold” Galaxy Note 5 in October 2015, following it original launch in August 2015. This device was available only in South Korea.
