DC Universe Online is celebrating the holidays but in a different way. We say that because it’s time for Season’s Greedings 2020. The event started on December 7 and will last until January 6, 2021.
What does this mean for players? Well, for starters Larfleeze is back. Players need to find and then recover the stolen gifts, not only in Metropolis but even those in Gotham. To start the event, go to the Mission Journal and look for “Winter Plunderland” (Heroes) or “Yuletide Fear” (Villains). Players can also use Warp Menu to proceed directly to the Watchtower or Hall of Doom. Those who choose this route can simply select Season’s Greedings: Hal Jordan (Hero) or Season’s Greedings: Sinestro (Villain).

- All the Trimmings
- Happy Fraggin’ Holidays
- Wrap god
More About Larfleeze
Larfleeze’s greed isn’t that easily satisfied. This is why he’s taking advantage of the fight between the Green Lanterns and the Sinestro Corps. To join, players need to go to their Mission Journal and look for “Ring in the Holidays.”
It won’t be that easy though. To get this Daily Mission, players need to complete:
- Hero
- Winter Plunderland
- Season’s Greeding: Hal Jordan
- Villain
- Yuletide Fear
- Season’s Greedings: Sinestro
While the event is in progress, players need to look for “Season’s Greedings” and “Ring in the Holidays” in the Mission Journal. And then, complete them to earn Holly Leaves.
It’s important as well to look the part. So, don’t forget to drop by the shop at Skeets’ Workshop to get the latest in winter clothing, holiday goodies, and even festive base items.
New Henchmen Uplink Device
During this year’s Winter event, players can expect three new henchmen Uplink Devices to drop from any On Duty mission boss in the game. The devices are inspired by the Green Lantern Corps, Red Lantern Corps, and even Sinestro Corps.
New Chapter Ongoing
DC Universe Online last month launched its newest chapter with “Long Live the Legion.” This one leads players to the future to help the Legion of Superheroes in their fight against Mordru. Learn more about this new chapter here.
