While E3 is on its last leg today, some developers still on the floor are updating us on their newest titles which will be made available this year and beyond.
One of those developers, Sekai Games, best known for their localization work on Japanese visual novels, has now released their upcoming slate of titles to be released this year. Most of the titles are for consoles and the PlayStation VR, an includes both new announcements and updated release windows for some existing pre-announced titles.

Without further ado, let’s take a look at Sekai Games’ lineup of titles for E3 2019.
Project Lux (PlayStation VR, June 2019)
A virtual reality title collaboration between Sekai Games, Mighty Rabbit Studios and forgevision. Project Lux takes place in a futuristic trial court, where most humans now rely on cyberbrains. You are tasked with cross-examining a defendant on trial, who is an agent who coordinates with artists to create data for said cyberbrains, specializing in human emotions. By reliving the memory data of the victim, an artist named Lux investigates what really happened in this open-ended virtual reality adventure.
Root Double: Before Crime After Days (Nintendo Switch, Winter 2019)
From developer Regista, Root Double: Before Crime After Days takes place in 2030, in an isolated research city named Rokumei. Deep down in the nuclear research facility named LABO, several explosions occur, prompting the city to send an elite rescue squad named Sirius to go in and deal with the situation. Things take a turn for the worse, however, when the nuclear reactor core melts down, sending the whole facility into lockdown and trapping the Sirius members inside in a fight against radiation and firetraps.

Fault: Milestone One (Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, PlayStation Vita, Summer and Fall 2019)
From developer Alice in Dissonance comes this long-awaited console version of the Fault series. Fault: Milestone One follows the story of Selphine, a bubbly, happy-go-lucky Princess along with her misanthropic Royal Guardian Ritona, on a journey of a lifetime back to their homeland of Rughzenhaide.

Tokyo Chronos (PlayStation VR, August 2019)
The next title is for the PlayStation VR and is developed by MyDearest. Tokyo Chronos centers on an empty and deserted Shibuya where time has frozen over. The story centers on a mystery woven by eight childhood friends trapped inside this version of Shibuya, making for one of the most engaging and unique adventures ever developed for virtual reality.
Heart of the Woods (Nintendo Switch, Q1 2020)
From developer Studio Elan comes this emotional visual novel. Heart of the Woods centers on Maddie Raines, a manager, editor and business manager for her friend Tara’s popular paranormal vlog channel. In one last trip before she quits the gig entirely, Maddie goes with Tara to Eysenfield, a mysterious village caught up in a very dangerous supernatural crisis which will change both of their lives forever.

World End Economica (Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, PlayStation Vita, Winter 2019)
From developer Spicy Tails comes this Wall Street-esque story set in the far future. In World End Economica, humans have begun colonizing the moon. A young boy named Haru has been chasing his wildest dream: to stand where no man has stood before. To that end, he needs a ludicrous amount of capital, which he can only get by using the stock market. World End Economica is a full collected package of Hasekura Isuna’s riveting adventure novel.
Narcissu: Lumiere Eternelle Edition (Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, Winter 2019)
A collection of all the stories from the official Narcissu series, Narcissu: Lumiere Eternelle Edition tells a thought-provoking story about terminal illnesses, living, dying and the relationship between people sharing all of these traits. It’s a straightforward story about life and its various characters finding their own way through facing death in an impartial reality.
Undead Darlings: No Cure for Love (PlayStation 4, Q4 2019)
From developer Tired Media comes this weird mix of dungeon crawler and visual novel RPG about a group of zombie girls and one Reginald “Reggie” P. Happenstahnce. Undead Darlings: No Cure for Love follows this group on a quest to cure humankind of zombies, with Reggie traveling with the zombie girls in order to find out how to use a cure given to Reggie by his father.
