Sims players have been counting down the days until The Sims 4: Cats & Dogs release and now it’s here The official trailer is now available and The Sims made their final press statement.
“We know how much the community loves their real-life cats and dogs, and we’re so happy they can now bring their beloved four-legged companions into their Sims’ world,” said Lyndsay Pearson, Executive Producer on The Sims . “Cats and dogs have always been such a huge component to any Sims installment, and we’re so excited to finally bring these lovable friends into The Sims 4.”
The Create-A-Pet tool is the most advanced and expressive pet customization tool to date. Use the breeding and markings tabs to design distinct and unique looking pets who look just like your furry friends at home. Choose from a huge variety of cat and dog breeds (or mix), to give each of your pets their own unique look.

The Sims 4: Cats & Dogs also offers an active Veterinarian career. Sims can climb the Vet career and eventually own the business, and you can watch it all happen … though you may want to stay clear of the hairballs. In addition to the pets-themed gameplay, the expansion pack does not forget about owners. Head into Create-A-Sim and you’ll find a surprising amount of clothing items and new hairstyles.
