San Myshuno will be the biggest world added to The Sims 4 so far. To get oriented, the Sims team has released an interactive map of the city so you can get your bearings before the City Living expansion pack releases Nov. 1. Visit this link to check it out.

This is a good way to scope out the different neighborhoods and decide where to place your first household. There’s even reviews of each lot, which will help you in making your decision. It appears the Spice Market may have the cheapest rent. The reviews for Culpeper Apartments aren’t so good, but it could be a lot of fun to give fending off cockroaches a try.

“I'm so glad I have enough money to never step foot in this place. The things I've heard? Chills. -BigGraab$$”

I have my eye on the old Salt House. It’s a converted warehouse right next to the basketball courts. Sounds perfect for my athletic yet artsy sim, and there’s plenty of wall space to hang the new paintings that come with City Living.

As the name suggests, reviews reveal ZenView is in a prime location with some of the best views in city.

“I once dated a girl in ZenView. Though things didn't work out, the view from her apartment was stunning. I should call her. -SalimtheDream”

Well, aside from the penthouses. One of them, Torendi Towers, has enough space for an indoor basketball court. The Hakim House in the Arts District is affordable, but not nearly as grimy as the Culpeper apartments. The complex is home to the Jang family, an artsy bunch with a colorful, homey apartment.

The Landgrab, Spire and Alto apartments located in Uptown are all ultra-modern, featuring large windows and beautiful balconies in the middle of large high-rise buildings. However, it will cost you according to reviews.

“Living here was simply a joy. The solitude, the lack of neighbors on the floor, the pool. -Mikooooooooo”

The Sims 4: City Living releases Nov. 1 in North America, Nov. 3 internationally.
