Like always, a free Sims 4 update will release ahead of the new City Living expansion pack on Nov. 1. We’ve seen some pretty big Sims patches as of late, most recently the gender-neutral Create-a-Sim overhaul. Now that CAS has had its update, next up is lots.
During a live demo of The Sims 4: City Living , the development team announced the new lot traits featured in City Living will be patched into the base game. Thanks to last week’s Twitch stream, we now know the names of all the traits The Sims 4: City Living has to offer.
Each lot has three traits. Some lots will allow you to choose traits, while others will have certain traits locked in. Certain types of apartments will have different traits locked in. For example, cheaper apartments will always have ‘Needs TLC,’ while a fancy penthouse may get ‘Sunny Aspect.’ Check back for more information on each lot trait in the coming weeks.
