Ubisoft just revealed the post-launch roadmap for Star Wars Outlaws and also showcased the upcoming game's Season Pass content and other features.

The studio also revealed that there will be two upcoming story packs that will be included in the Season Pass and they will both be available as standalone purchases.

When Star Wars Outlaws launches, players who own the Season Pass will get the Kessel Runner character pack.

Star Wars Outlaws Roadmap

This pack contains various outfits for scoundrel Kay Vess and her companion, Nix. They will also get access to an exclusive mission known as "Jabba's Gambit." This was part of a controversy around the game's monetization a while back.

While all players will be able to meet Jabba the Hutt in the main game, only those who own the Season Pass will get an additional quest from the notorious Hutt Cartel. This is at a time when Kay is just putting together a crew for her big heist, according to Ubisoft.

This is when the protagonist receives a job from Jabba the Hutt himself as ND-5 owes him a debt from years ago and you will collect for him. Star Wars Outlaws is scheduled to officially launch on Aug. 30, 2024, and is currently available for pre-order.

Players who purchase the game's Gold Edition or Ultimate Edition or have a Ubisoft+ Premium subscription will also be able to play the game three days early on Aug. 27, 2024.

When the game launches, the owners of the Season Pass can continue their journey with the two story packs.

Two Story Packs

The story packs will be released in Fall 2024 and Spring 2025 and the first is known as Wild Card. It will see Kay being hired to infiltrate a high-stakes Sabacc tournament.

This is also where the protagonist will come into contact with Star Wars character Lando Calrissian, said IGN.

The second story pack is known as A Pirate's Fortune and will have Kay running into an experienced pirate named Hondo Ohnaka. Ubisoft described the latter as someone who is "looking to settle old scores with a ruthless gang of pirates."

Alongside the first story DLC, Ubisoft will also release the Hunter's Legacy and Cartel Ronin cosmetic bundles. These packs will include more outfits that players can use on Kay and Nix as well as cosmetics for the protagonist's speeder and her ship.

Some players who were able to get their hands on a preview of the game described it as a fun and familiar adventure, according to the Video Games Chronicle.
