Days after the latest patch for Pokken Tournament revealed that there was a dark Mewtwo fighter, the Pokemon Company has released a new Pokken Tournament trailer that confirms the existence of the man-made Pokemon within the Tekken/Pokemon mashup.
While the mystery behind the dark Mewtwo, being officially dubbed Shadow Mewtwo, we do know that it will Mega Evolve to Mega Mewtwo X in the same way, Blaziken, Lucario, Charizard, Gengar and Gardevoir do as their special attack.

Outside of that, it looks like Shadow Mewtwo in Pokken Tournament will be a boss battle and possibly an unlockable playable character. But we will have to wait and see.
In the meantime, take a look at the Shadow Mewtwo trailer below.
The latest Pokken Tournament trailer that features Shadow Mewtwo shows more or the same gameplay as it showcases every revealed Pokemon fighter so far.
So far, the roster consists of Charizard, Gardevoir, Weavile, Gengar, Lucario, Blaziken, Machamp, Pikachu, Suicune and Pikachu Libre. Many believe that roster will increase once the Wii U version releases but we have some time before that happens.
Pokken Tournament is currently in arcades across Japan and in Dave & Buster’s in North America. The Wii U release date was revealed during the past Pokemon World Championships where it was given a soft Spring 2016 release.
