War Thunder: Fire and Ice is the latest major update for the game and is now available on all supported platforms.
Developer Gaijin Entertainment added a ton of new things in this patch, including a new Finnish branch for the Swedish aircraft and vehicle tech trees, over a dozen new aircraft like the Japanese T-2 and Chinese Q-5L, and the iconic Abrams M1A2 SEP.
The Abrams M1A2 SEP deserves a special mention because of its TUSK modification, which makes this new tank survive better against anti-tank guided missiles (ATGM) or high-explosive anti-tank Fin stabilized ammo (HEAT-FS) than other similar vehicles.
War Thunder will also have a new Battle Pass season soon called “Smell of Victory.” It features new vehicles, such as the British tank Churchill Crocodile and the American ship “Zippo.” Both are equipped with scorching hot flamethrowers capable of burning the enemies to a crisp.
Aside from that, two new locations are introduced in War Thunder - the frigid Arctic and the Rocky Canyon. Thus, the new content brings Fire and Ice as this update is aptly called.
