As for what to expect in the episode, Rick will likely pay a price for Carl’s actions. Carl entered the Saviors’ compound and killed two of Negan’s men. Negan likes Carl, so he decided to keep him alive and torment him a bit before sending him back to Alexandria. Rick was out on a run, so naturally Negan made himself at home. Carl wasn’t able to hide Judith from Negan, and now it looks like the villain has taken a liking to Judith as well. We wouldn’t be surprised if Negan just took Judith back with him.
It seems like everyone in Alexandria has a plan to off Negan. Rosita intimidated Eugene into making a bullet for her, Michonne is on a one-woman mission to assassinate Negan because he burned her bed, and Maggie is buying time at the Hilltop to physically become well so she can avenge Glenn’s death. Negan knows people hate him, but it’s nothing compared to the people who are “loyal” to him. Negan has a large following, and no one knows exactly how far his reach is. He has eyes and ears everywhere, so it won’t take long for him to find out if anyone’s planning an uprising against him.
Still, it’s unlikely Negan will leave Alexandria without blood on his hands. The guy loves to show off his manhood. Who do you think will die in The Walking Dead Season 7 episode 8? Let us know in the comments below. Catch The Walking Dead ’s midseason finale on Sunday, Dec. 11 at 9 p.m.
