It’s Xur day, Destiny fans!
This week, Xur can be found standing in the Hall of Guardians, near the Crucible quartermaster.
With the end of the work week just a few hours away, gamers always have plenty of reasons to be excited on Friday morning. We have two days to dive deep into our favorite titles, racking up the hours of gameplay that aren’t always possible during a hectic work or school week. But few things seem to bring the Destiny together more, either in celebration or collective hatred, than Xur’s weekly arrival in the Tower with a new batch of exotic equipment to sell. And that’s even truer now that the game’s April Update has finally been released by Bungie.
The last two weeks have been surprisingly disappointing for the Destiny community. Despite an influx of new exotic gear, all we’ve seen in Xur’s shop the last two weekends are items we’ve seen in the vendor’s inventory multiple times over the last 19 months. Last week, Xur showed up with the Helm of Inmost Light, Lucky Raspberry, Purifier Robes and Monte Carlo; items that most Destiny players likely already had in their collections. But will Xur bring anything more exciting to the Tower this weekend?
Here’s everything Xur is offering the Destiny community April 29 - May 1:
Twilight Garrison
- Defense: 280
- Discipline: 48
- Strength: 42
ATS/8 Arachnid
- Defense: 280
- Intellect: 55
The Ram
- Defense: 280
- Intellect: 33
- Strength: 36
Hawkmoon
- Attack: 280
- Magazine: 13
Legacy Engram - Heavy Weapon
As always, Xur has plenty of other goodies for Destiny players to spend their Strange Coins, too. In addition to the exotic wares, the Agent of the Nine is also selling a handful of other curios, including Three of Coins stacks. And Destiny players will also find the usual legendary Sparrows upgrades, with blue and green contrails available this week, along with the usual Motes of Light and Heavy Ammo Synthesis. Glass Needles can also be purchased from Xur this weekend.
