Microsoft is giving away downloads of The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings for free for a limited time to celebrate the long list of Xbox One Backward Compatibility games released this month. Microsoft has added 10 new games to the January list, bringing the total number of backward compatible games to 130.
The list of games getting added this month is as follows:

Obviously the highlight here is The Witcher 2, but there’s some other goodness to find as well. Fighting game fans certainly get a treat with both Soulcalibur and Skullgirls coming. Unfortunately, there’s still none of the Skate games. This is, for me, one of the games I want most on the backwards compatibility list. Microsoft even teased that Skate 3 would be coming back in December, but still nothing. Dafuq?
