Yesterday, Microsoft revealed its free games for March that will be available with the Games With Gold service. The upcoming month will offer Batman: The Enemy Within - Complete Season, Shantae: Half-Genie Hero, Castlevania: Lords of Shadow 2 and Sonic Generations. Batman and Shantae games will only be available for Xbox One, however Sonic and Castlevania will run on both Xbox One and Xbox 360. Each game is available for only a specific amount of time. Back in January, the complete season of Batman was also made available, so now this month you can complete your collection. Watch the March 2020 Games with Gold trailer below:

Here’s the list of March’s Xbox Games With Gold free games along with their time windows for downloading and platforms.
- Batman: The Enemy Within – The Complete Season , available from March 1 to 31 on Xbox One
- Shantae: Half-Genie Hero, available from March 16 to April 15 on Xbox One
- Castlevania: Lords of Shadow 2 available, from March 1 to 15 on Xbox One and Xbox 360
- Sonic Generations available from March 16 to 31 on Xbox One and Xbox 360

Since March is just around the corner, it means that February's games will be gone soon. There are only a few days left for you to claim TT Isle of Man, and Star Wars Battlefront (2004). However, Call of Cthulhu will be available until March 15. After that, these games will go full price again.
Microsoft started a subscription type service called Xbox Live Gold that offers online play and multiple free games each month as part of “Games With Gold”. Live Gold subscription is included in Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, which can be used on both Xbox One and PC.
