Agents of SHIELD has moved on from Ghost Rider into LMD. Now, series star Chloe Bennet, who plays Agent Daisy Johnson, has revealed Season 4 is actually split into three parts, which she calls ‘pods.’ She went on to tell Entertainment Tonight the last pod has her favorite episodes and that“It’s going to blow people’s minds.”
“Everyone’s gonna shit themselves. So wear diapers,” she continued. “I think it’s all coming to a… shit’s going to happen,” Bennet said. “For the fans that have been watching from day one, you’re going to get a lot out of the back half of the season.”
Bennet also added, “No one’s safe” and “we could all be robots.” After last week’s unexpected reveal Dr. Radcliffe also has his own LMD, Bennet is right, anything is possible.
“The third pod really is a mind bender… It’s going to throw people for a loop. It’s really insane. Everything that you know about the show gets turned upside down… It’s a really fun way to mix up the show.”
Bennet also spoke about her character’s recovery from the loss of Lincoln, her previous boyfriend who died saving SHIELD. It seems no romantic relationship has worked out for Daisy. They either die or turn evil. Right now, Bennet says her character is focusing on her mental health and helping inhumans. But down the line, Bennet says she thinks Daisy needs someone new.
“She needs someone who’s not going to die, or turn on her and try to kill her.” Facts.
