Assassin's Creed Odyssey announced that it is now available on Google Stadia. Offered on this platform is the Stadia Standard Edition, which includes Assassin's Creed Odyssey, The Blind King quest, and The Kronos Pack. The pack also comes with five epic pieces of armor, an epic weapon, and an epic mount.
For those who want an even bigger experience, they can go for the Stadia Ultimate Edition, which has the base game, the Blind King quest, and the Stadia season pass. The Stadia season pass features two major episodic story arcs plus the bonus Secrets of Greece missions. The first episodic arc is Legacy of the First Blade, where players encounter the legend who first wielded the Hidden Blade in order to change the course of history. The second is Fate of Atlantis, which lets players go to the fabled realms of Greek mythology and discover their hero's true power in order to unravel the mysteries of the First Civilization.
However, that's not all the Ultimate Edition has to offer. It also includes the Herald of Dusk Pack, which feature five rare pieces of armor and a rare weapon along with the Capricornus Naval Pack, which offers a ship design and crew theme. There is also the Kronos Pack mentioned above. The Ultimate Edition also features temporary XP and Drachmae boosts.
Assassin's Creed Odyssey was released in October 2018 and serves as a successor to Assassin's Creed Origins released the previous year. The game is set in 431 BC, particularly during the Peloponnesian War between Athens and Sparta. Here players take the role of a mercenary, either male or female, that fights for both sides as they attempt to unite their family while also uncovering an evil cult.
The game was released for the PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One. A version was released for the Nintendo Switch, though this was limited to the Japan region.
