Are you enjoying Call of Duty: Mobile Season 3? If so, you’d want to acquire anything you want quickly because the said season will end tomorrow, May 26. Season 4 will begin shortly after and it brings a lot of new and exciting things for players to enjoy.
It seems that the next season will have a Wild West theme. A short trailer was recently released with the words “Spurned & Burned,” and by the looks of it, you can don cowboy outfits and use Wild West-inspired weapons.
What to Expect
Those who have played COD: Modern Warfare 3 on PC before will know a particular place called the Dome. The map will make a comeback in Season 4.
Fans of the series might remember the map as a lively place but it certainly looks bleaker this time around.
You can also expect a new game mode called “Capture the Gold” in Season 4. It has a similar mechanic to "Capture the Flag" where you will get what's inside the enemy treasure chest and bring it to your base.
Players who successfully steal the gold and put it inside their team’s chest will win the game. In addition, each player that the gold carrier kills will leave behind a buff for their allies, giving them an advantage over the enemy.
Those who want to live out their cowboy fantasies will be happy to know that the game will also have a 1v1 duel mode available later in the season.
Massive Weapon Changes
Last month, game developer TiMi released a lengthy post detailing some massive weapon changes that will be implemented in the upcoming season.
For example, the range and accuracy of assault rifles have been modified to ensure that they are most effective within 30 meters.
The developer has also buffed snipers and made their attachments better at long-range combat. They’ve been augmented to make them less effective when used in close range.
Battle Pass Tiers
All players are eligible to get something once the new season starts. Free users are going to receive the new MK2 Marksman Rifle, Saddled Charm, Cyborg Showdown Calling Card, and Wagon Wheel Camo Series, among many others.
Premium users, on the other hand, will unlock Alex the Bounty Hunter at Tier 1, Razorback card, and more as they move up through the tiers.
