Captain Tsubasa: Dream Team officially launched its collaboration with J.League. Beginning today, players who wear the official J.League uniforms for the 2021 season are going to appear in the game. There are also different in-game campaigns as part of the celebration.
The J.League, officially known as the Japan Professional Football League, is composed of the first division J1 League, second division J2 League and third division J3 League of the Japanese association football league system.

- Mitsuru Sano
- J.League VI Medals can be earned as a Transfer bonus and exchanged for new SSR Players.
- All new Players will have Lv. 10 Main Special Skills.
- J.League Selection Transfer Shun Nitta
- Event Period: November 26 to December 10
- Shun Nitta and other new Players wearing the J.League official kits are now available in this Transfer.
- J.League VII Medals can be earned as a Transfer bonus and exchanged for new SSR Players.
- The new Players have Lv.10 Main Special Skills.
- In addition, the J.League Selection Shun Nitta Step-Up Transfer (paid only) is also going to be available and guarantees Shun Nitta on the 10th Step.
