Mobile phone runner game Case Closed Runner: Race To The Truth makes its official debut tomorrow, June 5. Well, the english version anyway. This horizontal runner game is based on the Detective Conan anime series. It will be available for both Android and iOS.
The game has players control Conan and his friends as they chase down suspects while running, overcoming obstacles, and collecting points. The gameplay is pretty simple, as all the player needs to do is to tap the screen in order to make the characters jump. In addition, each character comes with their own unique skills that can give different advantages while playing the game.
While running, players can enjoy many of the scenarios that are seen in the anime, along with original drawings used for the game.
For the story scenarios, players are offered many of the challenging cases that Conan has faced before. You also get to enjoy Conan’s deduction methods as he and his friends solve each case.

Detective Conan, or Case Closed, is one of the longest running anime series and is currently ranked as the fourth best-selling manga series. The manga started way back in 1994 and continues even today, with around 96 volumes released so far. The anime version had its beginnings in 1996 and is still showing in Japan. It is currently at its 941st episode. Both manga and anime have received critical praise for the plot and cases.
