Creed: Rise to Glory - Championship Edition is making its debut on April 4. This exciting remaster offers new characters, new costumes, and new locations based on the upcoming Creed III film. The game is coming to PlayStation VR2.
Pre-orders are now available with the Standard Edition priced at $39.99 and Deluxe Edition at $49.99. PlayStation Plus users also get the limited-time exclusive and specialty Adonis Creed costume, as well as a 10% discount on pre-orders.
Those who already own the original Creed: Rise to Glory game can upgrade to this new version for $19.99 for the Standard Edition and $29.99 for the Deluxe Edition.
Creed: Rise to Glory - Championship Edition brings players back to the ring and offers a fresh set of gloves. They get the chance to establish their very own boxing legacy by going toe-to-toe with familiar contenders and unexpected ones.
In the game, players take on the role of Adonis Creed, the son of heavyweight champion Apollo Creed. As Adonis, they get to train in the gym under the guidance of Rocky Balboa. They must work their way up ranks by going against iconic franchise characters across different arenas one round at a time.
The remastered version boasts new technical, performance, and quality-of-life upgrades compared to the original. It uses the hardware and features of PlayStation 5 and PlayStation VR2 to deliver the excitement and challenge of a high stakes match in the ring. Features include:

In a statement, Survios Chief Product Officer TQ Jefferson shared that they’re excited to have partnered again with MGM and expand on the original game. He added that they expect this new version to deliver a more immersive boxing experience.
Meanwhile, Head of MGM Consumer Products Robert Marick revealed that with the success of the original game, they’re looking forward to this new remastered version.
Creed III is coming to theaters across the US on March 3.
