DC Universe Online announced that it is bringing back the Booster Bundle. It will offer the most useful of convenience items along with galaxy-conjuring styles. The Booster Bundle is available beginning December 10 until January 6. This should give enough time for players to stock up on what they need for next year.
Aside from the most-needed marketplace convenience items and new Booster Reward Box, it will also give one of the new chromas, materials, or auras. Each Booster Bundle is available for 1000 Daybreak Cash or Marketplace Cash. Here’s the full list of what the Booster Bundle offers:
- 150 Replay Badges
- 15 Flawless Nth Metal (15,000 Artifact XP)
- 1 Nth Metal Detector
- 1 Radar Enhancer
- 1 Proto Repair Bot
- 1 Vault Ticket
- Bonus: 1 Booster Reward Box
For the bonus Booster Reward Box, it offers one random item of the eight listed below. These are brand new to the game and tradable:
- Cosmic Chroma Pack
- Your choice between the Dark Cosmic Chroma Pack or the Bright Cosmic Chroma Pack.
- The Dark and Bright Cosmic Chroma Packs each include the standard 3 Chroma variants.
- Cosmic Aura
- Nebula Aura
- Chrome Metallic Material
- Green Metallic Material
- Tungsten Metallic Material
- Dark Blue Plasmic Aura
- Dark Yellow Plasmic Aura
Episode Spotlight
On top of the Booster Bundle, DC Universe Online is putting as well the spotlight on Birds of Prey. This was Episode 37 and will last from December 10 to December 16. Players can enjoy:
- DOUBLE LexCoins when completing instanced or mission content in Birds of Prey.
- LexCoins are used primarily to purchase gear and rewards from the Birds of Prey vendors.
- 50% discount on Birds of Prey gear at vendors.
To play the episode, characters need to have at least a combat rating of 287.
DC Universe Online is a free-to-play action combat MMO that features characters and storylines of DC Comics. Players, however, do not control DC characters. Though, they can create original characters that interact with many iconic heroes and villains of DC. The game was initially released on PC in 2011.
