The wait is finally over as the girls from Dead or Alive 6 have officially arrived in The King of Fighters AllStar. That means everyone now has the chance to collect new fighters like Honoka, Kasumi, Marie Rose, and Nyontengu. This crossover started yesterday, July 29, and runs until August 19.
As part of this new crossover, there’s a Carnival event where players can earn SS Honoka by simply summoning fighters. SS Marie Rose, meanwhile, can be obtained by clearing in-game missions. SS Nyotengu, on the other hand, can be earned on August 5. If you’re wondering about SS Kasumi, the chance to earn her was only on the first day.
There are also various “swimsuit versions” which are:
- Available on July 29
- Angel of Paradise Nyotengu
- Angel of Paradise Marie Rose
- Available on August 5
- Angel of Paradise Kasumi
- Angel of Paradise Honoka
It’s not all new characters since the collaboration also has in-game activities that include:
- Check-in Event for new users
- By logging into the game for 14 days, new players get different items.
- Items include two fest fighters and 200 summon packs for King of Fighters characters.
- New Dungeon
- This one is dubbed as Beach of Paradise.
- Players can earn rubies and level-up items by clearing stages using Dead or Alive 6 characters.
- Rush Dungeon
- Players can fight as Dead or Alive 6 characters and earn DoA 6 Affinity items upon completion.
- There are also collab fighters that appear as enemies.
- Advent Dungeon
- KoF Kasumi and DoA 6 Kasumi team up and serve as the boss of this dungeon.
- Players who can beat the two Kasumis earn coins that can be traded for DoA 6 option cards as well as exclusive Imprint Stones.
Dead or Alive 6 is a fighting game released on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. The game introduced new features like the visible damage on fighters and slow-motion moments. In addition, it’s also the first game in the DoA series to have a costume customization mode.
The King of Fighters AllStar is available for download on the App Store and Google Play. It features many of the characters from the King of Fighters series starting from ’94 to XIV.
