Controversial streamer Dr. Disrespect has partnered with Rumble Gaming after months of speculation following his ban from Twitch in 2020.
Guy Beahm was the center of rumors that claimed he was going to join Rumble Gaming after YouTube did not remonetize his channel. This led the streamer to tease his followers that a "much bigger" opportunity was waiting for him somewhere else.

Eagle-eyed viewers then noticed that there was a new Dr. Disrespect Rumble channel that was created on Nov. 18, 2024. The site then deleted a series of fake profiles related to the controversial streamer's name and identity.
The unconfirmed decision to transfer to the right-wing platform comes after he has recently opened up more about his political views. He has also released new merchandise with the phrase "Make Gaming Great Again."
The news of Dr. Disrespect's shift to Rumble Gaming came on Nov. 25, 2024, which revealed the deal includes equity in the platform. A blog post noted that the agreement includes equity with milestones as a majority of its compensation, according to Dexerto.
In return, the streamer will provide exclusive content to Rumble Premium for his so-called "Champions Club" community. He will also lead Rumble Gaming, act as an advisor, and provide assistance to help build the platform's community.
Dr. Disrespect's first stream on Rumble Gaming is set to start on Dec. 2, 2024. The controversial personality opened up about the development in a post using his personal X account. He said it was the biggest opportunity for him to date and he is willing to rise to the challenge.
The Controversial Streamer
Following the news that Dr. Disrespect is joining Rumble Gaming, the platform's shares rose by 13% on Monday.
Rumble Gaming chairman and CEO Chris Pavlovski said that the controversial streamer will give the platform a much-needed "injection into our gaming category," Yahoo said.
The rise in the price of Rumble Gaming's shares added roughly $233 million in market value to the company's stock. Dr. Disrespect's ban from Twitch was because he exchanged allegedly sexually explicit messages with a minor through the platform's direct chat feature.
It was also said that the internet personality asked a minor regarding her plans at the TwitchCon convention. The streamer said in September 2024 that he had applied to have his YouTube channel remonetized but it was rejected.
Beahm also slammed the people who he said "tried to cancel us and create a false, exaggerated narrative about something from almost a decade ago."
He said that his move to Rumble Gaming will no longer have a cancel culture and no more suppression, according to Forbes.
