Construction-based RPG Dragon Quest Builders 2 announced it is arriving to Steam this December 10. That should give fans everywhere just enough time build excitement, so to speak. This PC version not only includes the main game, it also includes all the downloadable content previously released as part of the Season Pass for the PlayStation 4 version. What this means is that PC players can craft new recipes, try out new hairstyles, and even put on new clothes, among other features.
If you're not familiar, Dragon Quest Builders 2 makes use of a substantial and deep story-based RPG and combines it with intuitive building and crafting mechanics. This gives players near-unlimited creativity when taking on the role of a aspiring Builder, one of the few that have the power to create. Players use their abilities to build amazing structures, organize a community of allies and friends, and battle against the Children of Hargon.
As mentioned, each DLC in the PS4 version of the season pass has been included with the PC release. For the Steam version of Dragon Quest Builders 2 players can expect these features:
- The Hotto Stuff Pack
- There are more than 40 recipes that lets players build and design structures in the style of the Hotto Steppe, an area that should be familiar to Dragon Quest 11 fans.
- Aquarium Pack
- This pack adds customization options, new tools, and a whole new island where players can learn to catch and breed 40 different types of fish. It even lets you build your very own aquarium.
- Modernist Pack
- At least 70 recipes are available for modern-looking structures, materials, haircuts and clothing.
Pre-purchase of Dragon Quest Builders 2 is already available on Steam. For those who get the game before January 6, 2020, there is going to get a bounty of bonuses, which includes:
