Attention Pokémon GO trainers! You're all invited to the June 2024 Community Day. It's going to be on June 9 from 2:00 p.m. (local time0 to 5:00 p.m. (local time). The highlight is Goomy appearing more frequently.
Of course, that won't be enough as an incentive. That's why there are event bonuses and there are a lot for the June 2024 Community Day. These include:
- 2× Candy for catching Pokémon.
- 3× Stardust for catching Pokémon.
- 2× chance for Trainers level 31 and up to receive Candy XL from catching Pokémon.
- Lure Modules activated during the event lasts for three hours.
- Incense (excluding Daily Adventure Incense) activated during the event lasts for three hours.
- Take a few snapshots during Community Day for a surprise.
- One additional Special Trade can be made for a maximum of three for the day.
- Trades will require 50% less Stardust.
Doing the Research
There's going to be a Community Day Special Research Story which trainers can access but need to buy a ticket worth $1. It's not yet available so wait for it. Trainers can also buy tickets for their friends and the condition is that they at least get the Friendship level of Great Friends.
The Community Day also features Timed Research which rewards one Rainy Lure that's available between 2:00 p.m. (local time) and 10:00 p.m. (local time). Meanwhile, trainers can also enjoy the June Community Day–themed Field Research. Those able to catch Goomy can earn rewards like Stardust, Great Balls, and an additional encounter with Goomy, to name a few.
Event Bundles
Two Community Day bundles are being offered during the event and these are:
- For 1,350 PokéCoins, trainers get:
- 50 Ultra Balls
- five Super Incubators
- one Elite Charged TM
- five Lucky Eggs
- For 480 PokéCoins, trainers get:
- 30 Ultra Balls
- one Incense
- three Super Incubators
- one Lure Module
Ultra Community Day Box
Aside from event bundles, trainers can also get their hands on an Ultra Community Day Box which features:
- 10 Ultra Balls
- one Elite Charged TM
- one Special Research story ticket
This is going to be available on the Pokémon GO Web Store during the event for $4.99. The web store deal starts June 3 at 1:00 p.m. EDT.
